"For those that dont know me I am a grandmother and at that stage of my life where trying to lose weight is next to impossible. I gave up on dieting quite a long time ago, but also I weigh much more than I should and have always been overweight. I have also been on every diet that is out there.

"I received my SP6 patches a week ago today. As of now I have dropped 4 pounds. This is amazing. I have "always" had a problem in the afternoon at about 3:00. That is when the snack monster grabs me and makes me eat whatever he decides. Chocolate, potato chips, whatever I see someone else eating. I didn't notice anything the first day, but on the second day I went right through the afternoon and the monster never appeared. Now mind you it took 2 more days to recognize this fact. Also I have not been hungery even for dinner. I eat about half of what I was eating. I am impressed and have taken my before picture. I will share the new me in a few weeks. "It has been more than a week since I returned home from my cruise. It was a wonderful Vacation. We cruised all the Islands in Hawaii, and you know how it is on a cruise, food everywhere. When we got home neither one of us gained a pound. We stayed the same. But since we got back, my friend Shirley is down 7 pounds and she is so happy, I am wearing a size XL from a 2X. "I am within range for my weight, but needed something to help me stay there by avoiding all the heavy snacking I tend to do during the day. Before this, I drank a Slimfast for lunch and breakfast to help curb my appetite. So trying the patch helped me save on buying the expensive shakes and trying to remember to drink them. Plus, they are heavy on my stomach.
After you helped me to place it on my ankle, I stopped at my favorite fast-food restaurant and decided to skip the Slimfast and have two double cheese burgers. Halfway through the first burger my stomach turned and I could not eat another bite. I was not going to let this feeling stop me and tried to finish. An overwhelming feeling of fullness came over me and I had to put the rest down. I ended up giving the other burger to my son and did not eat again until dinner. I do not understand fully how the patch works but it is amazing it can do all this without putting anything into the body."
